Spa resort town of Bad Fischau is famous with its' thermal water sources from the end of the 19th century. Open air swimming pool with thermal water and a large complex of different saunas work here all the year round.

Those, who like riding, can find few private stables in Bad Fischau, where both - to rent a horse or to accomodate one's own horse,- is possible.

The park of Bad Fischau, that looks more like a well cleaned forest, is equipped with the comfortable benches, marked paths for the pedestrians and lots of tourist routes. It practically adjusts the territory of Villa Palaris.

On the way to villa, directly on the highway stands the restaurant, created by the famous austrian artist Hundertwasser. It is currently occupied by McDonalds.

Few miles away lies the beautiful natural park called Hoher Wand (High Wall) with huge strolling area.

Mountain resort Simmering, where annual world mountain ski championships take place, is in 30 minutes drive away from villa.

Town of Bad Fishau has all the necessary shops for everyday life, but a huge shopping mall is constructed only 5 miles away from it.
