Villa "Palari" is nestled between the carefully landscaped garden, adjusting to the grape-yard and natural park. It stands on a hill overlooking the picturesque resort town Bad Fischau Brunn (Lower Austria). It takes about 40 minutes drive only to reach villa from the center of Vienna, using highway A2. Majestic mountain view opens from the upper terrace.
Traditionally designed house of approximately 700 sq.meters is constructed in 3 levels. All the interiors are made in Toscana style.
The plot of land is more than half hectare. Option exists as well to buy adjusting plot of land.
All construction works were finished in spring 2015.
The house is equipped with most modern gas heating system (gas pipe-line was brought to the house). It is fully air-conditioned and air-filtered with independent regulation of humidity and temperature for each and every room. Only high quality materials were used for the house. Every lavatory is equipped with the programmed pan, that has the functions of bidet and drier.
