This floor has: На этаже: swimming pool, sunny terraces, bath and sauna facilities, fitness studio, guest bedrooms, storeroom for the pool inventory.
On the minus first floor you will find the swimming pool area with two entrances to the sunny terraces. The pool itself (the water is disinfected, using ozone technology) is equipped with massage jets, waterfall and counter stream. The bath is illuminated with the programmed led lamps. The swimming pool area is furnished with the bar stand, comfortable relax chairs and chaise longues. Finnish sauna, turkish steam bath " hammam", together with the dressing room, WC and shower-room with different sorts of showers (tropical rain, massage, waterfall, cold stream) are placed here.
Fitness studio N1, equipped with most modern training machines, is located just in front of the pool area.
On this level two guest bedrooms №4 and №5, small but cosy and fully equipped kitchen №6, bathroom №7 and WC №8 are located. Storeroom for the pool inventory is also here.
From hall N1 one can enter the technical zone N3, where all the machinery for security and maintainance of the house is installed.
